MATERIAL MEANING : THE INNER SPACE OF OBJECTS, PEOPLE AND PLACES

Join us on Thursday 26th, May 2016 in conversation with Kate Daudy and Paola Petrobelli.

 

The artist and the designer will be answering the question "How can we pay more attention to our interior surroundings through art and design, and how can art and design objects nourish our inner space?"  This question is inspired by the work featured in “Astronauts of Inner Space” and will be addressed in conversation between two of the practitioners featured in the exhibition, the British conceptual artist Kate Daudy and Italian glass designer Paola Petrobelli. 

 

The talk will be moderated by Dr Cat Rossi, a writer, design historian and Senior Lecturer at Kingston University.
